During COP15 Ramboll is teaming up with partners on a range of activities to present climate and energy know-how, technological solutions and long term visions.
Ramboll is among the central exhibitors on one of the more prominent joint initiatives, the fair “Bright Green” at the Copenhagen venue, Forum, on 12 – 13 December. Bright Green is hosted by The Confederation of Danish Industry and is a showcase and the business response to the climate challenge in the form of knowledge and technologies.
From 7 to 18 December the municipality of Copenhagen will host the exhibition "Hopenhagen Live" at the Copenhagen City Hall Square where Ramboll and the CPH City & Port Development will participate with an impressive and climate-friendly pavillion. This pavillion will present Ørestad and the new Ramboll Head Office as a concrete example of a building which alone and in relation with the energy and transport infrastructure represents a holistic sustainable building.
On 14 December Ramboll will host "The Urban Climate Solutions Tour" in association with Copenhagen City & Port Development, The Metropolitan Copenhagen Heating Transmission Company - known as CTR and the publicly owned environmental company, Vestforbrænding.
The event is for the COP15 delegates and includes a guided bus tour in Ørestad focusing on the unique Danish energy and climate model supported by specific examples on unique climate solutions in this new part of Copenhagen. Ramboll's new Head Office will form part of this event as an example of a climate-friendly and sustainable building.
On 16 December, Ramboll will host a two-hour seminar on Low Carbon Urban Heating in Denmark in association with CTR and Frederiksberg Forsyning.
